It is never to late to learn more about yourself and other's experiences. Continue to listen. Continue to observe. Try to understand. Try to feel. If your position differs, approach it with grace and kindness. These years learning, conversing, and enacting around these topics in public and private spaces has been transformative and allowed me to expand my "on-the-ground" perspective as well as my "10,000 foot" view.
